School is a place, where a lot of pupils all over the world spend their day and study. We have already understood what a basic belarusian school consists of, but i'm sure you haven't even thought about our education system.
The main part in our speach is grades. Our educational system is built with grades, because grades -- the main motivation for student, as our minister thinks. But in fact grades system is not as good as could be.
Grades system should be changed, because:
- It creates competition between children, that batter be working together.
Grades system makes pupils and their parents think, that they have to be better than others and it leads to bad consequences. A lot of students do their best and even more, but when they realize their work wasn't helpful they- Lose motivation
- Cheating
So what can we do?
Actually, I don't know how to cope with stress you get because of your homework, but i can share you some ideas about grades system
and you can think what we can do: 
We can give more support to our students.
We live in a days, when problem of mental health is really popular. There is only one pshycologist in our school, but need at least one more. So our schools should give us more attention and support.
We can change grades system.
Our school and grades system MUST be changed or reformed to make children feel more comfortable.
Change our priorities
We can do accent on learning subjects and pay less attention to grades, pupils earn every day.
So at the end of our speach we need to remember, that our school system isn't
too bad, but it's really need to be changed or reformed.
Everyone is tired of such irracional system of grades and somtimes it seems this was never meant to be, but we
can solve this problem in some years in my point of view.
