Homemade Dumplings (домашние пельмени).
To prepare simple homemade dumplings we will need: water, meat, salt, pepper, flour and eggs. Add eggs to the flour, mix and get a dough, then roll out the dough with a rolling pin and get flat cakes. Add pepper and salt to the meat. then add meat to the dough. Then press the edges of our dumplings with a fork. Then add salt to the water. wait about 7-10 minutes and add the dumplings. Wait another 10-7 minutes until all the dumplings float to the surface.When the dumplings float to the surface, we take them out and put them on a plate. Then we add what we like and take our favorite sauce and eat this masterpiece invented by man.

Georgiaa Khinkali (грузинские хинкали).
Cooked Georgiaa Khinkali:
1)First, pour the flour into the shape of a mound, then make a depression in the center, pour warm water into it and add the egg and salt.
2)Then knead the dough and leave it covered for 20-30 minutes to mature. After 20-30 minutes have passed, divide the dough into pieces and roll out into thin flat cakes.
3)The filling on the flatbread should be approximately equal to the amount of dough. It is very important that the dough in the finished khinkali does not tear. Then we tied the khinkali into a knot, collecting the ends into small puffs. You need to leave a small tail on the top of the dumpling, which will make it convenient to hold it when eating.
4)To prepare minced meat, finely chop the meat and mix it with chopped onion. Dilute the resulting minced meat with pre-prepared meat broth. Add as much as the meat can absorb, this is how the famous juice appeared inside the khinkali. Season the minced meat with salt, pepper and herbs.
5)Boil khinkali in salted water; the finished khinkali float to the top. They must be removed carefully so as not to damage or tear the dough. Khinkali is served with herbs and sprinkled with black pepper.

Parsley tea
Parsley tea(петрушевый чай).to get parsley tea we need parsley, boiling water and a teapot. Finely chop the parsley. Then transfer the parsley to the teapot. Then pour boiling water into the teapot and wait 7-10 minutes and the tea is ready and we get a delicious aromatic tea with the taste of parsley.
