Disneyland Park

Disneyland in Anaheim, California, USA is the very first of the Walt Disney theme parks, which was opened on July 17, 1955. There are 6 Disneylands in the world — 2 parks each in the USA (Anaheim and Orlando) and China (Hong Kong and Shanghai), as well as in Japan (Tokyo) and France (Paris).

The founder of the multimedia empire "The Walt Disney Company" Walter Elias Disney conceived the idea of creating an entertainment park in which it would be equally interesting for adults and children, back in the 1930s and 40s, visiting various amusement parks with his daughters.About $17 million was spent on the construction of the legendary entertainment world. From the moment of opening to the present, Disneyland in Anaheim has already been visited by more than 700 million visitors.

There are 9 themed zones on the territory of Disneyland, each of which has its own unique world with a variety of entertainment. At the time of opening, 23 attractions were operating in the park, and currently there are more than 50 of them. In 2019, a new zone was opened — "Star Wars".

Various performances, shows, parades, games and concerts are regularly held in all areas of the park. Since 1956, fireworks have been held at Disneyland. On holidays, vacations and in summer, fireworks are launched daily, and at other times — only on weekends.
