The CN Tower was featured in the movie Highpoint.
In 1979, during the filming of the film, stuntman Dar Robinson jumped off the tower. It was a trick that no one had done before.

The standard and, for obvious reasons, the most popular way to get to the top of the CN Tower is through the glass elevators, which "fly up" in just 58 seconds. 4 transparent glass cabins slide on the wall from the outside, which creates the effect of flying.
There is a second way - a staircase of more than 2500 steps.

In 2007, the CN Tower was equipped with a special outdoor lighting system. 1330 LEDs were installed on the tower. The system is energy efficient and requires minimal maintenance.
Usually, the tower lighting works in the colors of the Canadian flag, i.e. glows with a combination of red and white. However, during the holidays, it is able to shimmer in different colors, creating a unique atmosphere.
